March Madness

    March, the month of celebrating basketball play-offs and St. Patty, is full of hustle, bustle, and the eager anticipation of spring weather. Add planning a wedding to the mix, and our chillest bride could forfeit to the frenzy. Every bride deserves a few tips to relieve some of that March Madness:

 

1.  Seek Some Sunshine     Go outside and catch some rays. Sunlight is a natural source of Vitamin D and can boost your metabolism and immune system. So brighten your mood by taking that lunchtime walk around the block. Good for the body, great for the soul.  

2. Laugh Uncontrollably     Ever heard that laughter is the best medicine? Well, it’s true. Laughing can relax your whole body, while releasing endorphins, your body’s feel good chemicals that relieve symptoms of stress. LOL!  

3. Indulge Yourself     Are you a chocoholic? Go ahead eat that small amount of dark chocolate, daily. You will be lowering your blood pressure, as well as improving cardiovascular health. That’s the best news we’ve heard all day!
