We're looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for a Tuesday-Saturday Schedule:

We need a SUPERSTAR to help in all aspects of administrative support and customer service. This person excels at offering top-notch support to a team of busy professionals. The ability to maintain sight of short and long term goals while assisting our team in completing daily tasks in a highly organized fashion is a must. This role calls for a detail-oriented individual with impeccable writing skills, a 5-star customer service mentality, and stellar communication and organizational abilities. Creative thinking and problem solving expertise are essential.

A friendly, optimistic administrative superstar with a professional can-do attitude and terrific people skills is what we're looking for. A creative thinker with the ability to implement new ideas. A positive attitude and stellar work ethic are expected and appreciated, along with a patient and compassionate approach.

Experience in administrative support, customer service, reception or luxury hotel/restaurant services is required.

The goal is to support our team and set us up for success each day. Daily tasks include general clerical duties and office management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
*Supporting short and long term projects
*Trouble shooting and problem solving
*Answering telephones with 5-star customer service
*Communicating and organizing daily calendars
*Company calendar management
*Emailing (screening, prioritizing, drafting, forwarding, writing)
*Greeting clients and guests with ease and grace
*Drafting and editing documents
*Order processing and data entry
*Office supply inventory management
*Processing daily shipments and receipts
*Filing and shredding
*Managing travel plans
*Planning company events
*Organizing company contacts
